Jackie Pedro — Swanky Stamper for August
This card has so much going for it, I couldn't not pick it. From the different DP, to the stitching to the paper piecing, I am in love with this card. Add her use of the wave die cut and the twine. Just divine. Jackie wins $25 in Cat's Cash.

A New Day
Like the blog's new look?
I was really looking for a cleaner, fresher look. Still tweaking this a bit, but I really like it.
I especially like the little column on the right hand side that just has my Facebook button. Keep an eye on that side. I've got something pretty exciting up my sleeve.

TCP Tuesday 119
This TCP Tuesday we're celebrating our forum new on Splitcoast Stampers by mixing it up with the Dirty Dozen in their Dare to Get Dirty Sketch Challenge for their fan club. Their sketch challenge is our sketch challenge this week. Check out their challenge on the Dirty Dozen forum at Splitcoast Stampers and see what the Dirty Dozen has done with this sketch.
Don't know about the Dirty Dozen? They are the elite of the elite. And you can get access to all their design challenge, creations, galleries, templates and instructions. How? Just click here.
The Hostess with the Mostess for the sketch challenge is our very own Dirty Dozen Alum, Leigh O'Brien. She's the first stop on this hop. And if you kept on hoping you probably got here from Joanne. Here's my challenge card for the hop. It uses our brand new stamp set "Birthday Bunny". I use our brand new flower button die to cut the flower from the Birch paper thin wood. I just love this wood. It cuts so cleanly and you can color and emboss it too.

Sneaky Peek #8
Ah. The very last Sneaky Peek.
When I first saw this little bunny, by our brand new artist, Zlatina, I had to just giggle. I love the peeking bunny and wish that my cakes were all this big. (You know me and my cake addiction) So it's no wonder, this was the first stamp I inked up for a card. It's from the set "Forget about the Cake" available officially tomorrow.
Here it is in all it's yummy goodness. I even pulled out the sewing machine for this one. And used the delicious divine twine on all those delightful presents. Check out Tracy and Susan for their cards. CAAAHHUUUTtte!
Don't forget to leave comments on their blogs by 9:00 est. You just could win all the stamps sets in this new release. We'll announce the winner tonight at the Pajama Party. Be there or be square.

Sneaky Peek #7
Ready for another Sneaky Peak? This set was created by Alissa Harvey of Mew Paper Arts. Not only did Cat Packer, Jen del Muro recently have a wonderful baby boy, but it seems that everyone is being blessed. So I thought a baby set was in order, Cat's Pajamas style. This new set is called "And Baby Makes..." And it's available on July 20.
Not only is this a baby set, but it's a great animal set. They are so fun and great to color. Here's one set of animals I paper pieced. Channeling Ana Wolhfahrt, it's my tribute to awesome artist Sandra Boynton. Just another artist I wish I could be when I grow up.
And it still works with the Twine Challenge of TCP Tuesday. Woo Hoo! Check out Ana and Leigh and see what they've done with this set.
And don't forget to add a comment on each of their blogs. You could win this new set and all the other SEVEN sets we are releasing.
AND don't forget to join us on our forum for our very first Pajama Party on July 19. There'll be more prizes and peeks and surprises!

Sneaky Peek #6
We're over the hump, so to speak. And we've got 3 more Sneaky Peeks before the Stamp Sets are available on July 20. Hope you are not getting tired of us. Here is your sixth Sneaky Peek. The idea for this stamp first came to me in Boston a couple of years ago when I was doing a trade show. Kim and I were doing the touristy thing and came across a sweet little tea shop filled with wonderful tea things. So when I was thinking of inspiration for this drawing it all came together. Tea, Boston, penguins, and teacup. Make sense? Well, in my tiny little brain it did. I can just imagine these penguins floating in Boston Harbor saluting the colonists as they dumped tea in the harbor.
Check out Carole, Sony and Joanne for their take on this stamp. Don't forget to leave a comment on their blogs and come to the Pajama Party at Splitcoast Stampers. We'll announce the winner and a couple of sweet surprises

Sneaky Peek #5
Are you ready for another Sneaky Peek? You may have seen this cute little bunny around town already, but just in case you haven't... He's a part of a brand new set, "Birthday Bunny" that will be available on July 20.
This cute little bunny comes from a brand new artist, Zlatina. She's a girl who is crazy about drawing, a future graphic designer and a big fan of handmade art. Three years ago she bought a sketchbook and began drawing sweet creatures such as bears, sheep and mainly rabbits. They were her inspiration during boring classes at school. I should be so bored.
She's so talented, it's hard to image that she's only 20. She has a great future ahead of her and she's got lots more coming. We are really excited she's with us.
Check out what Tracy, Jen and Amy are doing with this cute birthday bunny.

Sneaky Peek #4
Here's a little peek at the fourth set in our Sneaky Peek lineup. Toni's Tea Set. This set was such a joy to do, and a long time in the making. Toni Armstrong has been a member of The Cat Pack since almost the beginning. And for years she's been asking for a tea set.
I wasn't really into tea until last year when my sister got married. So I gave her a tea party. And I designed the tea cup for her invitations. But it wasn't until Toni mentioned tea again, (And my BSF, Kim, saying "For GAWDSAKES give her a tea set!) that this tea set finally came together.
So this one is for Toni. I raise my teacup to her.
Check out what she, Sony and Amy have done with the set, and don't forget to leave a comment on their blog.

Sneaky Peek #3
Larry, Darryl and Darryl. Larry, Curly and Moe. The Three Amigos. Trouble.
Whatever you want to call them, they are one of my most favorite characters to draw. They are the bestest of friends. And do everything together. These feisty little guys do whatever they want, whenever they want. And if they want to cry at movies, darn it, they will.
And they are part of a Clearly Swanky set called "Good Friends" available for purchase on July 2oth. Want to see them all done up? Check out Carole, Leigh and Ana for some penguin goodness.
And don't forget to leave a comment on their blogs. You could win this set and the other brand spanking new sets. We'll announce the winner at our Pajama Party on July 19
Check out Julie, multi-time Swanky Stamper, too. She's playing along with us this week.

TCP Tuesday 118
She wants you to get twisted. With TWINE!. That's right, she's challenging you to use Twine in your project. Check out her card for this challenge. Not only is she showing you how she used twine, but she'll showing of a little sneaky peek of second set, Whale of a Time, drawn one of our newest artists, Alissa Harvey over at Mew Paper Arts Studio.
We love her images so much, there just might be more delicious goodness coming from her in this release. In fact, when I first saw this image, I knew I had to be knocking down someone's door to make it into a stamp. And I am so happy that my dream came true. This stamp will be available as part of a Clearly Swanky Stamp on July 20th.

Happy Birthday, BSF!
That's right. BSF. For those of you who don't know what that means, it means Best Stamping Friend. And my BSF is Kim, The MFT Lady. And we are surprising her with this blog hop to celebrate.
One of Kim's most beloved lines are the PI girls. So I took 2 of her sets, used a little of the MFT paper, added some bling and MFT ribbon, colored it up with some colored pencil and gamsol and this sweet little card was born. I really must like my BSF a lot because you'll notice that I actually pulled out the sewing machine for this card and didn't, for my last.
But I guess Kim is worth it. She is one of the truest, most giving friends you could ever wish to have. She owns the sharpest wit, and the most killer laugh I've ever known a Southern Belle to have.
Happy Birthday, Kim. Hope this birthday is the bestest.
But wait, there a just a couple more people that want to wish Kim the best on her birthday.
