Happy Release Day and TCP Tuesday! Julie is our Hostess with the Mostess on this day.
If you've been hopping along through The Cat Pack and our talented guests, the Swanky Stampers, you know that today is also TCP Tuesday. And if you've come from Noelle's Blog, you are in the right place.
So if you joined us in the middle and not at the start of the hop, go back to Julie's blog. I guarantee it will be worth it.
Julie's TCP Tuesday Challenge is a supply challenge. And Julie is challenging you to use handmade flowers in your cards or project. And that is perfect for today, because not only do we have a die or two in this release that you can use, but the April Project of the month features several different handmade flowers.
So the April Project of the Month is this Paper Flower Wreath Sampler. All the flowers on the wreath were made using our new CutUps, the Pom Pom Flower, and the Heart Border, as well as a few oldies, but goodies, the Easy Rosette and the Sunflower Rosette. Pretty snazzy, eh?
The wreath features Hyacinth, Poppies, Carnations, Bachelor Buttons, Roses and Daffodils. It was so fun coming up with the different flowers using our CutUps Dies. And this sampler is a great way that you can learn how to create them yourself. Just download the instruction sheet on our website.
I'm going to be working on a video showing how some of these flowers are created. But, just in case you want to start now, check out the Project.
So go and make some for this TCP Tuesday challenge. You could win a $10 gift certificate just by play. I'll announce the Weekly Winner for this week later today.
Here are the Deets for TCP Tuesday.

It's Day #7 of Sneaky Peek Week! That means tomorrow the entire April Collection that you've seen this past week will be available on our website.
This set features PJ the Bear and PJ junior. When I designed this set, I had one of the members of The Cat Pack in mind, Carole Burrage. Not only is Carole, probably one of the smartest people I know, she's a devoted mother, and wonderful friend with a wicked sense of humor. And I know that she's passed these honorable traits onto her terrific sons. I don't know how she does all that she does, and raised two such wonderful sons, but she tells me it's all about Quality Time.
Here is Carole's card. I love how her card just conjures up memories of all the stories we've read and shared with our children. And reminds us to savor the silly & giggly moments that are created that are so special.
Amy Sheffer shows off this set in her wonderful scrappy style. She mixes the set with the new Heart Border CutUps and the Heart Trio Cutups.
Jenny Peterson creates the perfect bookmark for that special bedtime story using the new Pom Pom Flower Die.
Want to see more of "Quality Time"? Then head on over to Amy, Lori, Leigh and Nancy and our wonderful Swanky Stampers Noelle McAdams, Christine Okkens and Wendy McAffey and see what they have done with "Quality Time." Thanks to the talented and fabulous Swanky Stampers for playing along with us this week.
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on Splitcoaststampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Wish" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
It's Day #6 of Sneaky Peek Week! Are you excited about Release Day on April 24th? We are! Today we are introducing one more bunny and we are over the moon about this set. At least the bun bun is! This sweet little clear set is called "Wish" and I think you'll be able to guess why.
This sweet little bunny is perfect for coloring and paper piecing! And he is so content to sit on the moon and fish for wishes. Leigh O'Brien shows just what I mean. What a wonderful card full of texture and patterns. And not only does Leigh use our soon to be released Heart Border CutUps, but also the Pom Pom Flower CutUps as fringe for even more texture.
Swanky Stamper Christine Okken really makes this set shine using double layers of the Heart Border CutUps and weaving pretty velvet ribbon throughout.
Lori Tecler takes the minimalist approach when coloring up her bunny, and I must say I love it. I also love how whimsical her card is with the star from the stamp replaced by twine and a shiny star.
Want to see more of "Wish"? Then head on over to Julie, Susan, and Jen and our wonderful Swanky Stampers Noelle McAdams, and Wendy McAffey and see what they have done with "The Mustache Set."
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on Splitcoaststampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Wish" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
It's Day #5 of Sneaky Peek Week. Release Day on April 24th is coming fast. Today we are showcasing a stamp set and matching CutUps that I've been wanting to do for awhile! Mustaches!
Father's Day is fast approaching and I think this set is perfect for the man in your life. And you may be aware that the mustache is the "symbol" for Prostate Cancer Awareness, and the Movember Movement just like the Pink Ribbon is for Breast Cancer.
The Mustache set and The Mustaches CutUps are perfect for masculine cards for that man in your life. Like this card by Amy Rohl. I like to think of the mustache as the "Flower" on a card
This card by Swanky Stamper Noelle McAdams really shows off not only The Mustache Set, but the Mustaches CutUps and the Mustache slide, along with our Circus Border CutUps. Just a fun card with an unexpected gift.
Nancy Thomas uses patterned paper to fashion a shirt and tie for her card, and the Mustache CutUps and The Mustache Set are just perfect for it.
Want to see more of "The Mustache Set"? Then head on over to Leigh, and Lori and our wonderful Swanky Stampers Christine Okken, and Wendy McAffey and see what they have done with "The Mustache Set."
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on Splitcoaststampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "The Mustache" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
It's Day #4 of Sneaky Peek Week. And Release Day on April 24th is fast approaching. It's the very middle of Sneaky Peek Week and what better time to introduce another Bunny. This time he's in a sweet little rowboat.
This is one of my favorite new images and I just love that this stamp can be used with our Wave CutUps.
But don't take my word for it. Take a gander at this beauty by Nancy Thomas. I love how she incorporated a knot into her card. So nautical! This card is so fresh and bright, it just shouts Spring!
Now here is a fun, seaworthy card by Leigh O'Brien. She uses one of the life preservers in the set, and drapes it over the front of the ship. So cute!
Did you spot one of our NEW CutUps in this card? It's the wave pattern. We call this die the Mustache Slide. That's right. Replace the green ribbon with a darker ribbon and it's a mustache. Turn it upside down and it's leaves or petals. It all depends on what color ribbon you use.
Amy Sheffer really gives us a sweet, a scrappy look to her card using this set. Not only does she use the Wave CutUps, but the Big Scallop CutUps, as well. How fun is it that she tilts the boat in her card? Very!
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on Splitcoaststampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Aye Aye, Captain" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
It's Day #3 of Sneaky Peek Week. Which means that there are only 4 more sleeps before Release Day on April 24th.
"Bubble Therapy" is the name of this brand-spanking new set featuring my favorite kitty heroine, Sprinkle.
For the longest time I've been wanting to do a "beauty" set featuring her and I'm so happy I got to finally do one.
This card by Jen del Muro really shows her off. So pretty in green, pink and black, this card would be wonderful with a gift of bath salts or bubble bath. Love the bits of bling floating in the "bubbles".
Or how about this card by Jenny Peterson? I love the colors that she used here. Paired with the New Heart Border CutUps also releasing on April 24, and a crinkled bit of seam binding ribbon, it almost has a bohemian feel.
Swanky Stamper, Wendy McGaffey really works the bubble theme in this set with the pretty paper and pearls.
I think there are days that we can all use a little "Bubble Therapy". Don't you? But don't take my word for it, take a peek at Julie, Amy, and Nancy and our wonderful Swanky Stampers Christine Okken, and Noelle McAdams and see what they have done with "Bubble Therapy."
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on Splitcoaststampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Bubble Therapy" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
It's Day #2 of Sneaky Peek Week. And, what would one of our collections be without the appearance of a certain big eared bunny? Or Bun Bun, as he is known affectionately by some of you.
When I first saw this drawing, I thought how sweet it would be to do a Mother's Day card with it.
Just stamped up and colored simply, with copics or watercolors like Carole Burrage has done, this bunny is sweet as can be. Just a classic, lighthearted design that is so much fun to color and dress up or down.
And dress up the bunny, Susan Liles does. Bright happy colors for Spring and lovely tone on tone textures really highlight how special this stamp really it. Susan embosses the edge created with the Big Scallop CutUps and brings the whole card together.
Swanky Stamper, Noelle McAdams shows just how Swanky she is with this pretty piece of home decor doing a little paper tole technique on the bunny. (Am I the only one that thinks that Noelle has got some crazy cutting skills?)
And you'll notice one of our brand new dies, the Pom Pom Flower CutUps. You've seen these flowers all over the internet and on Pinterest. It was just one off those things that made us say, "there needs to be a die for that". So we did.
I think you'll agree that "Bloom" will be one of those stamps you reach for over and over.
"Bloom" and the Pom Pom Flower die will be available for purchase on April 24.
Now head on over to our Forum on SplitcoastStampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Bloom" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
Today is TCP Tuesday and it's an Inspiration Challenge. And Jen is our most awesome Hostess with the Mostess for this challenge. And if you check out the Inspiration Collage, you'll see that there is a postal theme going on. And, it's perfect to go with the brand new Stamp Set by Jen that we just previewed in an earlier post, "Commemorating You".
Did you see all the most awesome cards that The Cat Pack created? Here's another one that Leigh snuck in. It's crazy cute, I promise.

It's Day #1 of Sneaky Peek Week. And we are so happy to kick it off with a brand new set designed by our very own Jen del Muro.
You see Jen has been hankering for another set to go with our Stamp Trio CutUps. A stamp set that could be used all year round. So we put our heads together and came up with "Commemorating You". With over thirty stamps you can mix and match, we think this is one of our most versatile sets, yet.
And though it was designed to be used with the Stamp Trio CutUps, this set stands on its own.
Based on vintage stamp designs, this set has a modern, but slightly shabby look. You can use the various corner designs to create a look that is perfect for your card or project. You can stack the saying on top of one another like Jen does here. She even curves one of them to fit in the banner.
Or, like Carole Burrage, stamp the sentiments separately for a whole different look. Included in the stamp set is are four silhouettes that work wonderfully with the stamp sets. We think that the our modern silhouettes are a wonderful twist on this popular trend.
Nancy Thomas shows more of the the silhouettes in this card, using the Stamp Trio CutUps, as well. I just love all the different looks that this versatile set can give.
When you finish at their blogs, head on over to our Forum on SplitcoastStampers and leave a comment on our "In It To Win It!" Thread. You could win the "Commemorating You" stamp set just by leaving a comment.
I have to say that this sketch was so
much fun! It's been awhile since I could actually take my time and I have to say, I loved how it all came together in the end. I'm going to be
doing this sketch again.
I used one of my favorite paper piecing sets, Take Offand the Cloud Border and Big Scallop CutUps. And my brand new favorite paper pad from My Mind's Eye, Rosy. Why I only got one pad of this, I don't know.
Today is TCP Tuesday and it's a Sketch Challenge. Usually, the most awesome Leigh O'Brien is the Hostess with the Mostess for this challenge, but she's enjoying Spring Break in sunny Florida. Lucky her, eh?
But, Leigh has the most awesome sketches, so she's passed this good one along to me, and asked me to be this week's hostess.
So check out her sketch and see what you can make. I'll be posting my card later today.
In the meantime, check out Nancy's pretty card. I love how soft and pretty it is. and her use of CutUps is SWEET!
Or how about this fun card by Jen! It's just so colorful and bright.

Susan is asking you to create something Eastery! Use any stamp(s) from The Cat's Pajamas that are Easter related, ALONG WITH one of these CutUps dies: Cloud Border, Grass or Easter Basket CutUps Dies.
If you have a chance drop on by Susan's blog and check out her card to see the PERFECT example of what she is talking about.
Then go over to Amy's blog and see the perfect tag for that Easter Basket.
Pretty, soft colors are the name of the game in Jen's card.
Don't forget, to be eligible for this week's challenge you must use The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies.
Did you play in last week's TCP Color Challenge?
Take a look at Amy's chic and simple cards. Yes, she's giving you a twofer. They really would work with any colors and the graphic designer in me is just panting over these.
How about Leigh's super tweet card? (Pun intended) Makes me feel all warm and fuzzielike.
Or Amy's wonderful card. I really can't describe how wonderful it is, so you better just take a look yourself, and you'll see what I mean.
Julie's card is almost shabby chic with her choice of papers.
