Wrap up

So now on to the wrap up!

Did you get the chance to play in last week's challenge. Jen proved the Inspiration Collage. She wanted you to get into the Christmas Spirit. Did you? Our design team was feeling a little jolly.

Jenny pulled out all the stops with her "kitchsy" Christmas card. I love all the big chunky glitter.

Lori warms me up with her lovely paper pieced card.

Julie mixes this challenge with a past Inspiration Challenge and it works! Is there anything that she can't do? Goodness, I love her herringbone nest.

And Amy kicks some grass with her lovely card. I love her subtle use of textures and patterns.

There is still time for you to play. Just upload your card to the guestbook in last week's post.

I've been a little MIA over the last couple of weeks. Many of you know that we had a family emergency that has kept me focused on my family. When I created The Cat's Pajamas, it was because I wanted to spend more time with my family. My parents were getting older, and my niece and nephew were pre-teens and I felt that having my own online company would allow me the flexibility of doing that. And this past month really proved that. And I thank you for all your patience.

Many of you know that Anthony had a heart "event" early last year, caused by a blockage in one of the arteries going to his heart. Thankfully, luckily, he called an ambulance and he was quickly in a surgery that saved his life.

Unfortunately, my ex-brother-in-law was not so lucky. He was healthy, active and enjoying life, planning for the future. His passing, so suddenly, has left us all in shock. He was only 55. We'll miss his easy going nature, and his ability to enjoy life.
